Membership Fee
a. Regular Membership: The membership fee for regular membership is non-refundable.
b. Lifetime Membership: The membership fee for lifetime membership is non-refundable.
Refunds
a. As per our policy, we do not offer refunds for any membership fees, whether regular or lifetime, under any circumstances.
b. Once the membership fee is paid, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
Cancellation of Membership
a. Regular Membership: While the regular membership fee is non-refundable, members can choose not to renew their membership for the following year.
b. Lifetime Membership: Lifetime members do not need to worry about renewals as their membership remains active indefinitely.
Termination of Membership
a. If a member violates any rules and regulations of the CWA Welfare Association, their membership may be terminated.
b. In the event of membership termination, the member will not be entitled to a refund of any previously paid membership fees.
Discontinuation of Services
a. CWA Welfare Association reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services, benefits, or activities offered to its members.
b. In such cases, members will not be eligible for any refund of membership fees.
Exceptions
a. In extraordinary circumstances or at the discretion of CWA Welfare Association, exceptions to this policy may be considered.
b. Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any decision made will be final.
